One year after the first volume, Parisian imprint [re]sources are back with ‘Club Hexagon II’.
Twelve tracks compose this new release, exploring hybrid harmonies, broken rhythms and experimental textures. Suggesting a current and alternative vision of the French Club underground scene: hybrid Dancehall, Afrotrap, instrumental Grime, techno bass and Club music.

New signatures and veterans from the label are gathered around this project in an attempt to try to define the 2.0 club music – overcoming the genres and suggesting a protean vision of the electronic french music.

Our pick off the EP is Ytem’s atmospheric yet heavy ‘Elevate’. The track could almost sit as a horror film score and yet there’s something beautiful sometimes elegant to it, as the drum proceed to cut through the subs and top lines.

[re]sources will release ‘Club Hexagon II’ digitally on November 10th.
