Betapack is a creative collective founded by Insert favourite Broken Haze. The Tokyo-based group have been producing future-facing audio/visual work for a while now, releasing multiple EPs and enthralling experiential microsites to promote them.

Their debut album, ‘Mind Processor,’ is an impressive mission statement for the enigmatic group (with too many contributors to list out here). It was difficult to pick a favourite from the release, due to the album’s impressive consistency, but we went for the album’s first full-length track ‘Reboot’. Head-spinning arpeggiators and soaring string sounds viscerally intertwine before dropping away to leave space for a heavy kick drum-lead breakdown.

You can grab ‘Mind Processor’ on 27th June from all digital stores. To get a taster of what’s to come before then check out the album’s glitched-out trailer.
